My son has been enrolled at the Red House Academy since the beginning of the fall semester. To be honest I was a bit hesitant to enroll him because it's a small school, but now I think the small class room size attributed to the smooth transition from the home day care he attended to a proper preschool. He gets the personalized attention a toddler needs. One advantage the Red House Academy has over daycare was the structure and consistency. The schedule and skills they are learning now (table manners, playing well with others, sharing) are great building blocks for kindergarten and beyond.

So far my son loves it - he is learning something new every day. What I particularly like is they have a parents board in the room with what they did that day, what books they read and what skills they worked on. When I pick my son up I know what he did that day and it gives me something to talk to him about, "Did you learn about apples today?", "Did you use scissors today?" Also, I think I might

Our two children have been attending the Red House Academy for the past 3 years. I cannot speak highly enough about this school! The director and teachers offer the highest standard of care and education. They are nurturing yet appropriately directive, engaged, supportive, and adaptive. They offer an ideal blend of traditional and progressive educational styles and are obviously passionate about working with kids. It has been such a joy to watch our children, learn, grow, mature and thrive while being here. I feel fully confident that they will be ready for kindergarten upon graduation and most importantly they will always be able to draw upon the positive experience and memories of connecting with such a caring community during their baby/toddler/preschool years. I can't say enough nice things about The Red House Academy! I have three kids enrolled (1 in preschool and 2 in infants) and I could not feel any more comfortable and happy with the level of care they receive! The entire staff is so caring, kind, professional and qualified. Communication is excellent, from Shauna (the director), Nicole (assistant director) and all of their teachers - I always know what's going on and what kind of day my kids are having. The facility is clean and well equipped. My kids are happy there from drop off to pick up! And on top of all that, the price is right! If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

We have been sending our daughter to The Red House Academy for almost a year now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Our little one is in the toddler room and the teachers are fantastic, especially Ms. Keri! The teachers send pictures/videos of the kids daily on an app and keep in touch via messages on the app. They have music class, do tons of art projects, play outside and are learning/socializing every day. It is a wonderful feeling when your child is happy going in and coming out of school, you can tell she enjoys her time spent there with her teachers and classmates.
